Area Situated on the east coast is the seaside town of Hornsea. The Victorian resort plays host to a sandy beach and a promenade with well-kept gardens. The town centre houses a good variety of small shops, pubs and cafes. Close by is Hornsea Mere which offers sailing, fishing and boat trips. Alternatively, Wassand Hall and walled gardens is close by, providing a delightful leisurely stroll.
Region The North York Moors National Park covers 554 square miles, with landscape ranging from heather-clad moorland and deep secluded dales, to the cliffs and coves of the magnificent coastline making it a haven for walkers.

Convience to town centre, beach etc.. The facilities were excellent. The fires were welcome. The welcome pack of bread, milk and a lovely homemade cake was great after a long drive.

We had a week at this lovely house in May 2019.. Upon arrival we discovered amazing home made cakes and welcome pack. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The house itself is very well maintained and has all the things that you could think that you would need. We got really lucky with the weather and enjoyed walks along the beach and a day trip to Whitby. Would happily stay here again and would recommend the property to anyone looking to explore this part of the country.

The house was clean warm spacious and had everything you could possibly need and more.. It was in the ideal location for the town and the beach. A wonderful plsce to stay and the welcome cake was delicous. Would definately stay again and would recommend the house highly to others.
