For walking enthusiasts, the property is set within The Yorkshire Wolds, which boasts a 79 mile trail from Hessle to Filey. Visit walled York city, 30 miles away, famous for its Minster, museums, art galleries and shopping. A short drive away is the historic towns of Beverley or Driffield with an abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants to enjoy. A slope leads you the front door where you are welcomed into the spacious modern open plan living space. Complete with a lounge, kitchen and dining area this is a sociable space for the family to retreat to after a day exploring. The lounge area offers comfortable seating placed in front of the roaring woodburner, making this a great place to curl up and watch your favourite film.
