"We had a lovely week as a family of 5."
The house was very clean and tidy, nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. It's in a great location in a lovely little village, perfectly located for visiting the various seaside towns on the east coast and only 10 minutes from hull.

"What a great holiday experience, worth every penny and more!"
Aside from being good value for money, the homely environment in a great location made our stay a real treat. Sam provides everything you could possibly need, including wonderful touches of art and humour which added to our enjoyment. Great kitchen facilities, lovely conservatory to relax in, cosy lounge, comfy beds - what more could you ask for? We will definitely be booking again.

"Sam the owner was always quick to answer any worries we had and we really appreciated the present she left for us on Christmas Eve, it was a lovely touch."
The Cottage is very cosy and extremely well equipped with every utensil we needed and more! The location was great as we could walk to the local pubs and there was a takeaway in the village plus a shop and good butcher. Would definitely recommend.
