This bright and attractive property is just a stone s throw from Walworth Castle Hotel, where non residents are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities, including numerous bars and both formal and informal dining options. A drive away is the delightful cathedral city of Durham and also worth exploring is Northumberland. Conveniently situated close to both the Yorkshire Dales National Park, The North Yorkshire Moors and pretty towns like Richmond, it is a great base to discover the North of England. The North York Moors are just a short drive away, as are the popular historic cities of York This beautiful rural area is ideal for keen walkers and cyclists. Among the many fantastic other local attractions are Raby Castle, Richmond, High Force. Be sure to take a trip to Barnard Castle for a look around the many shops and cafes, bars and restaurants. On entering this cottage, you will find yourself in the relaxing and elegantly furnished open plan lounge/kitchen/dining room, an ideal for relaxing in with the family. The room is complete with a Smart TV including Sky Sports and Sky Cinema plus recently fitted floor to ceiling, bi fold doors leading on to the garden. The kitchen and dining area is attractively designed and comes fully equipped with integrated oven and hob, American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a tumble dryer and washing machine located in the porch. There are four bedrooms on the ground floor; the master has a double bed, TV and en suite wet room with WC. There is one further double room, a twin room and a bunk bedroom with a single bunk over a double bed. Heading upstairs to the first floor, which is a spacious loft conversion, you will find a large open space with seating area and pool table, ideal for games. Stepping outside, you can relax in the generous, South facing walled garden which has plenty of garden furniture and a decked patio area as well as plenty of space for games or for dogs to run free.
