Located in the popular town of Swanage, this property is situated at the top of a hill and conveniently located for the friendly pub next door! The beach is only a half mile walk from the property, excellent for beach days out or walking the dog in the early morning. The bustling town of Swanage offers a wide range of activities and things to see and do including Durlston Country Park and a variety of coastal walks. There is a wealth of walks in the area, with different levels suitable for people of all abilities. The property is laid out over three floors and is entered via five steps up into the hall which has storage for coats and boots. The kitchen/dining room is well equipped with granite worktops and a tiled floor. French doors lead to the courtyard garden and this whole area provides an excellent space for family entertaining and dining. There is also a downstairs WC. On the first floor of the property is a double aspect sitting room benefiting from views of the surrounding area of Swanage Bay and Ballard Down. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on this level also. On the second floor, which has reduced ceiling height in the eaves, there is a large double bedroom with stunning views and a bathroom with bath, WC and basin. The outside area of this cottage has a small front terrace edged with iron railings and decorated with a few shrubs. The larger rear courtyard garden is paved and has a Purbeck stone wall, stunning Olive tree and herb planters.
