In addition to a welcoming seating area, the gargantuan fourteen-seater dining table and designer kitchen create the ultimate multi-purpose space. Large sliding doors ensure plenty of natural light and offer direct access to the gorgeous garden. As the abundance of palm trees will attest, the south coast benefits from a balmy climate, so you'll likely be able to enjoy the outdoors for a surprisingly large part of the year. Beyond the five-star welcome afforded on entry, the home comes equipped with five bedrooms (four of which are en-suite). While all benefit from generous amounts of natural light, the two principal bedrooms on the first floor offer glimpses of the harbour through the trees, while the main bedroom also boasts its own private balcony – perfect for a restorative cup of coffee first thing each morning as you check the weather ahead of the day's activities.
