Description

If you are looking for a seaside holiday in Dorset, Marine Approach is the perfect place to stay - just minutes from the front door to Swanage beach there is plenty to see and do whatever the season. This fabulous ground floor apartment is light and airy and benefits from three large double bedrooms, the main king size bedroom has its own ensuite W.C and wash hand basin, while the two other bedrooms have shared use of the modern family bathroom. The bathroom features a freestanding bath, along with shower cubicle and a modern, stylish finish. 

The open plan kitchen, dining room is further along the hallway with a well equipped gloss kitchen and dining table with seating for 6. Just over the hallway is the large living room, a lovely light and airy room with high ceilings and a feature bay window where you can relax and watch the world go by.

Swanage is a fantastic holiday destination with plenty to see and do, hop on the steam train in the summer months to the historic ruin Corfe Castle, or enjoy a picnic at Durlston Country Park overlooking the chalky cliffs at Studland. You can even spend the day in the Victorian town itself, with plenty of coffee shops, independent gift shops and the traditional seaside fare of fish and chips all on offer!

Lovely stay at Flat 2 Marine Approach for second time. Flat very light and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay in Swanage. Very convenient for beach.

A great property very close to the beach at the quieter end of Swanage 2 fabulous beach cafes open from 8am-7pm breakfast lunch supper coffee tea beer and wine and much more and use of toilets Swanage has a very safe beach and ideal for children of all ages. Lots of activities including the steam train, crabbing, pitch and put and boat trips. Beach huts are bookable in the November before the Summer of your holiday We go to Swanage every year so pleased we have found this delightful appartment.

The apartment is in a fantastic location. It is genuinely a 50m walk to the beach and a short walk into the town. It has everything you need. It is comfortable and cosy but big enough to have your own space if you need it. It is perfectly situated for some coastal walks. We did Dancing Ledge on one day and Old Harry Rock on another without driving anywhere. I will definitely be booking again bit to be honest I expect it to be fully booked especially in the warmer months as it is so lovely.
