The apartment is conveniently arranged all on a single level, with a spacious open-plan living area that includes a well-lit and comfortable lounge featuring two inviting sofas, a TV with Freeview, and a DVD player. Off the lounge, there's a generously sized balcony with a decked floor, offering partial sea views. A dining table, seating up to 5, provides a lovely space for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals. For families with infants, a high chair is available upon request.

The modern kitchen, though compact, is well-equipped with everything necessary for a self-catering holiday. It includes appliances like an electric oven with a gas hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and a microwave. In a hallway cupboard, you'll find a tumble dryer and an assortment of beach equipment, including buckets and spades.

The two bedrooms in this apartment consist of a spacious Master Bedroom featuring a king-size double bed, ample storage space, and its own ensuite shower room. The second bedroom is designed with bunk beds and cosy bean bags, making it a delightful choice for children. If needed, a travel cot can be provided, but please request it at the time of booking, and remember to bring your cot bedding.

A separate family bathroom completes the accommodation, equipped with a bath, WC, and basin.

Woolacombe offers an array of vibrant pubs, high-quality dining establishments, an amusement arcade, mini-golf, various shops, and an award-winning beach. Woolacombe's main beach stretches for three miles, adorned with golden sands and pristine waves that extend from Morte Point to Baggy Point. Lifeguards are stationed here during peak summer weeks, ensuring safety for surfers, families, and water sports enthusiasts who flock to its fantastic waves.

For a quieter beach experience, take a leisurely stroll along the golden sands towards Putsborough. Here, you'll find the same splendid beach but with fewer crowds, along with a fantastic café and beach shop. Just a short walk across the road from the apartment lies Barricane Beach, where, starting from the Easter holidays, you can savour a homemade Sri-Lankan curry. Don't forget to bring your picnic blanket and some beverages for a dining experience amid stunning surroundings.

Venture onto the South West Coast Path that winds through Woolacombe and Mortehoe, offering opportunities to explore North Devon's rugged coastline. Discover rocky coves, cliff-top vistas, and breath-taking scenery along this picturesque route.
