Sandwiched between the picturesque Tamar Valley and the untamed beauty of Dartmoor National Park, this home is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Inside, this stunning house has been lovingly furnished and provides plenty of space to socialise, as well as plenty of corners to claim when you want to lose yourself in the pages of a good book. With plenty of windows, plus a couple of French doors with direct patio access, the gold, ebony and ivory colour scheme of the open-plan living/dining room gives off a luxurious air. On warm summer evenings, throw open the doors for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Alternatively, the fireplace makes for cosy winter evenings in. Elsewhere on the ground floor, the expansive farmhouse-style kitchen is the heart of the home, with plenty of space for everyone to gather around for morning tea and toast while you plan your day. Finally, there's also a ground-floor bedroom for those who don't fancy negotiating the stairs. Speaking of the bedrooms, each is lovely in its own right, but it's hard to top the countryside views through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the main en-suite bedroom up on the first floor. Given your location straddling the Devon-Cornwall border, there are plenty of places to discover nearby, as well as fantastic gourmet options with a five-to-fifteen-minute drive. For the ultimate indulgence, your hosts can even arrange a private dining experience for you at the property, cooked by one of the chefs from the Michelin-starred Cornish Arms restaurant.

Host
This home is managed by Richard
This home is managed directly by a business. A member of their staff will be your point of contact before and during your stay. Your hosts, Richard and Sarah, loved the lands of their farm and estate so much they decided to share them with their guests. And with that, they decided to renovate the estate cottages and install some charming shepherd huts for you to enjoy the best of Devon and Cornwall, before taking on further properties across the South West. Creating a unique and luxurious holiday experience is their passion.
