From the communal indoor swimming pool and tennis court to the gym and kids’ playground, you’ll find plenty to keep everyone entertained. This won’t be the best option if you’re looking for total seclusion, but you will have a private terrace, snug rooms and a wood-burning fire. It’s also in a great location – the Salcombe-Kingsbridge Estuary and the sandy beaches of south Devon are within easy driving distance.

Please note this cottage is located within a private estate. The indoor swimming pool, tennis court, gym and outdoor pizza oven are all shared with the neighbouring guests. Please also note the gym is only available for guests over 18.
The cottage is spread across two floors with the bedrooms located on the ground floor. The living room and kitchen are located on the first floor.
There is a weekly linen change included in your stay. Complimentary toiletries are also provided.
There is free private parking for one car here.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to join you during your stay.
