Although peacefully located in the countryside, the welcoming town of South Molton is only 4 miles away from the barn, where you can enjoy a bite to eat or pick up some supplies from the independent shops or twice weekly market.

Exmoor National Park is 10 miles away, where you ll find lots of opportunities for outdoor adventure, or you can head to the coast (25 miles) to have a paddle on the beaches at Instow, Westward Ho! and Croyde. You ll also find the traffic free Tarka Trail within half a mile which is perfect for a scenic walk or bike ride.
