The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, wine cooler, dining room with seating for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a second-floor twin, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is a small front courtyard with patio and furniture, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot, highchair, and stairgate available. Two well-behaved pet’s welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am. Note: The stairs leading up to the first floor are very steep with no handrail. Note: The stairs leading up to the second-floor twin room are extremely steep with rope handrail, cannot stand up until in the room. Note: The first double room leads directly out onto the stairs. Kingsteignton, a lively town in the south of Devon, sits at the mouth of the Teign Estuary. Formerly known as England's largest village, today it is home to a significant population and a vibrant local community led by a town council. This neat and tidy community is home to quaint historic houses, not one but three churches, and a plethora of locally owned and chain stores. Whether you're looking for a bed and breakfast or a place to indulge in some sweets, you'll have your pick of establishments in which to do so in this town. Kingsteignton is a great spot to take the kids and the dog since there are lots of green spaces, a pond, and a nature reserve to explore, and because the town has a variety of sports facilities for people of all ages to enjoy. Kingsteignton, located so close to the Newton Abbot race course, is a great place to take the kids for a day of adventure and exploration. The town has a creche and has a wide range of events, from car boot sales and antiques fairs to its annual Wellbeing Show. In addition to nearby attractions like Dartmoor National Park, Bradley Manor, and the St. Leonards Clock Tower, the town of Newton Abbot itself is a lot of fun to visit for the whole family.
