The Haytor is a recently refurbished, pet friendly, three bed house with a private parking and fully enclosed garden courtyard. Ideally located close to St. Marychurch and Babbacombe areas of Torquay. Oddicombe beach is in a walking distance and Torquay town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes is 10 minute drive away.

• Rooms: Ground floor lounge with foldaway dining facilities, kitchen, WC. First floor three bedrooms and a family bathroom.
• Kitchen & utilities: Gas 4 ring hob, gas oven, slim line dishwasher, washing machine, under counter fridge, under counter freezer.
• Entertainment: smart TV / Freeview, DVD, radio.
• For families: books, DVD’s.
• Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture.
• Parking: parking for 2-3 cars on a private driveway.
• General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking)
• Pets: 2 medium sized pets welcome
• Notes: Travel cot, high chair and stair gate available
• Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
