The brand new kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons - an integrated dishwasher, washing machine, under counter fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob & extractor hood. The dining room is just outside the kitchen and is perfectly positioned in the centre of the apartment which also enjoys the lovely sea views from the lounge windows.
The king-size master bedroom is at the opposite end of the apartment to the 2nd bedroom and is exceptionally spacious. It enjoys a walk-in wardrobe where you can keep your clothes and suitcases conveniently out of view. The second bedroom is furnished with two 3' single divan beds, a corner built in wardrobe, bedside tables, two cane chairs and more wonderful harbour views!
The family bathroom has both a full length bath and a separate shower cubicle, a toilet plus a fitted modern vanity unit with a sink with lots of space to put your toiletries & make-up. There is also a cloakroom toilet and sink just off the entrance corridor to the left of the front door.
There is also a uniquely covered inner courtyard with a clever retractable roof which provides a sunny enclosed space, also very safe for children to quietly play.
Victoria Parade forms part of the lively waterfront, lined with pavement cafés and bars with several of Torquay’s premier restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. It's perfectly placed for the Marina which is within just a few minutes walking distance, the sea front promenade and Torquay's beaches. A wide variety of shops can also be found in the area with galleries, boutique Eve's and Hoopers department stores. Tesco Metro is also within a 10 minute walk away up Fleet Street, the main shopping precinct. Torquay train station is also very close by and only a 7 minute taxi ride away! Why not think of leaving your car at home and enjoy the many forms of transport that the local area offers. For example, the Little Red Tourist Train, the many boat excursions taken off the Marina quay, the South Devon Steam Railway travelling from Paignton to Kingsbridge & then hopping on the passenger ferry across to Dartmouth for the afternoon.

This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
