The property also boasts a garden with decked area with seating, lawned area and hot tub and off-road parking for one car, with further unrestricted roadside parking. Flat 2 Channel View is a wonderful base for a break to South Devon. Please note that are 4 steps on arrival but once inside the property there is an alternative route in/out of the property that does not require using the front steps.

Attracting visitors for nearly 200 years, Torquay is a wonderful holiday hotspot brimming with amenities and attractions on the coast. Visit Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, Torquay Mueseum, Torquay's Dinosaur World and Torquay Marina where you can depart on boat trips out to sea. Nearby towns to visit include Brixham, Paignton and Cockington.
