Hosting four bedrooms, two on the ground-floor of the main house both doubles with en-suite shower rooms, and two doubles in the first-floor annexe above the separate garage with en-suite wet rooms, sleeping up to eight guests in total. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a decked balcony with seating and a barbecue. Outside there is also extensive lawns leading to woodland, a hot tub, a gazebo with seating and off-road parking for two cars. Rodgemonts Barn is a spectacular and unique property awaiting your next group holiday to Devon. Note: Up to the end of March 2023 ( excluding Christmas and New Year)the property will only accept a small party booking of 4 or less people for a reduced rent of £500

Chawleigh is a small village resting in Mid-Devon, amidst surrounding rolling countryside and scatterings of woodland. Serving the village is Chawleigh Village Store & Post Office along with two pubs, The Royal Oak Inn and The Earl of Portsmouth. The neighbouring village of Chulmleigh also has similar amenities along with Chulmleigh Golf Course. The area is perfect for those seeking a tranquil rural retreat with opportunities for walking and cycling.

We chose Rodgemonts Barn not just because the photos looked beautiful but also because all the bedrooms had en-suites which suited a group of friends travelling for the first time together. Paul & Val came out to greet us when we arrived and even transported our luggage to the barn which was a great first impression, they went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely perfect and were wonderful hosts. The property itself was even better than the photos, we were blown away by the beautiful barn, the amount of outside area to relax in and of course the hot tub and BBQ area which we used quite a few nights. We would definitely recommend this place to all our friends and family and hope to return real soon.

Just got back from a nice weekend away, i want to start of by saying paul and val were amazing not only did they recommend a florist for flowers and balloons for my 30th birthday but they picked them up and had them ready for our arrival along with a birthday card!
