Please note, pets and smoking are not allowed. WIFI, fuel, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Within 0.5 miles or less there is a shop, pub, and beach. Rivermead is a great base for exploring this corner of Devon. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out is by 10am.

Area
Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
