  • "Cleanliness was generally very good, but I found a big clump of hair in our bedroom."

    The dishwasher was empty of salt and rinse aid (which I would expect to be checked and/or provided) and didn't work very well. Otherwise, a great property in a fabulous location and at a very reasonable cost.

Finding your way along the picturesque coast of Seaton, Devon, you will be greeted by this townhouse apartment with amazing sea views, perfect for families and couples alike who wish to explore all of the amazing activities this area has to offer.

Recline after your journey in a large sitting area, noticing how stylish and spacious this area is, with white painted walls, sea blue rugs and leather sofas as well as two additional seats overlooking the generous view of the bay through huge windows that draw in the natural light from outside, a place where you will no doubt wish to end your day with a glass of your favourite beverage in hand.

A home-from-home kitchen presents a great area for any budding chef to cook up a storm, with ample amenities, homely blue tiles and white furniture, before serving their masterpiece on the central dining table with a view to the bay, or you can utilise the wonderful balcony with furniture, allowing for breakfast with a stunning view of the bay.

In need of relaxation, a soak in the bath will be a wonderful way to shake the sand from your hair, with a bathroom outfitted in contemporary furniture and grey tiles.

Two king-size beds offer a place to get cosy, both with wooden floors and one with an en-suite shower-room outfitted in a similar style to the main bathroom, making this property perfect for couples or families.

Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

From 1st of November until 31st March there is free parking on the seafront in front of the property.
There is also free parking overnight all year round, from 6pm until 9am.
If you are a blue badge holder you can park on the front all year round.
If you wish to use the allocated parking space for the apartment, please be aware that this is an enclosed space requiring care to access and exit. Please be aware this property will accept a maximum of 14 nights.
