With four double bedrooms and bathrooms, this is the perfect holiday retreat for groups of friends and family. Only five minutes walk and you're in the heart of this quaint fishing village. Hope Cove benefits from two sandy beaches, harbour, good food pub, chic cafe bar, two restaurants, art gallery and village shop. It also proudly sits on the South West Coast Path, for those keen walkers, it will be hard to resist exploring this part of South Devon on foot with plenty of gorgeous views to be enjoyed. Head west to South Milton Sands and enjoy a spot of lunch at the famous Beach House, whilst watching the sun set. Whilst the popular coastal town of Salcombe is only five miles away.

Baby Equipment is not provided.No smoking, No pets (however the owners do bring their own dogs on occasion), Short Breaks Accepted in Low and Mid Season Minimum of 3 Nights. WiFi provided, no mobile phone coverage. NO CHILDREN UNDER 5 years, pre-crawling babies only (please bring own cot and linen). Control4 Home Automation System. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
