Orchard View is a private, modern bungalow in a secluded setting in the sleepy Devon hamlet of Kellaton. The bungalow sleeps six people in three bedrooms, a double and two twin with a shower room. On the same level is a sitting room with wood burning stove and glazed doors to the garden, a kitchen and a dining room. Outside is an enclosed lawn garden with furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for three cars. Within walking distance of a lovely beach, Orchard View is an excellent base for a peaceful break in Devon.

The busy little town of Kingsbridge lies at the head of a marine estuary in the attractive South Hams area of south Devon.

Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
