This property is located right on the beach front at South Milton Sands in South Devon, a well-maintained beach with a pretty stretch of sand, interesting rock pools and a beachside cafe, which offers fresh seafood and a takeaway service.The surrounding area is full of beautiful, characterful villages many with welcoming village pubs, but it isn’t all tranquil rural life, as the town of Salcombe is just five miles away and offers a fabulous harbour, five beaches, and a range of shops and eateries. Other attractions in the area include Woodlands Family Theme Park, Dartmoor Zoo, and the breath-taking Burgh Island, former favourite haunt of Agatha Christie and Noel Coward.
