The cottage can sleep 6 people in two king size rooms and double, as well as two family bath and shower rooms The rest of the cottage is made up of an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car in a garage, and two terraced areas.

Over three floors. Three bedrooms: 1 x 5’ king-size bed with flat screen smart TV, bed, 2 x 2'6" beds (which can be made up as a 5' king size bed, 1 x 4’6” double bed. Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate thermostatic shower and screen over, basin and WC. First-floor shower room with thermostatic shower in a large quadrant enclosure, basin, chrome heated towel rail and WC. Open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Utility room. Attic den with smart TV.

Area
Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens. The southern tip of Devon provides some spectacular scenery and picturesque vistas with a number of sandy beaches, lovely villages with thatched cottages and some fantastic opportunities for walking on the South West Coast path.
