The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with furniture and a barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. This is a smoke-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles, the river in 1.2 miles, and the beach in 2 miles. Eventide is a wonderful base for an escape to Devon. Note: There are steps in the garden. Note: This property is unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: The property has a steep, narrow, open treaded staircase. Note: This property does not accept children under the age of 8. Area
A charming community called Plymstock can be found in Devon, just outside of Plymouth, close to the River Plym. Plymstock provides all the necessities, including the charming pub, The Plymstock Inn, which serves traditional menus, and plenty of convenience stores, in addition to access to lovely riverbank walks via Radford Park. Along with being close by, the Radford Woods Local Nature Reserve is a great place for nature lovers and people who enjoy taking long walks. The nearby South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty is also accessible by car, as are numerous glistening shorelines. Plymouth itself has additional attractions, including the Theatre Royal Plymouth, the National Marine Aquarium, the Mayflower Museum, the bustling Sutton Harbour, and the Plymouth Gin Distillery, where visitors can enjoy some of the regional fare. Continue travelling across the region to reach Tamar Valley AONB and Dartmoor National Park, both of which are brimming with walking trails, cycling routes, and breath-taking panoramas.
