Meadowside is a beautiful holiday home, quietly situated but also close to the glorious sandy beach at Goodrington and local shops and restaurants.  A short drive will take you to the bustling towns of Paignton, Brixham and Torquay but the coastal path is close by if you fancy a more peaceful destination.

• Nearest beach:  Less than a mile.

• Nearest amenities:  Less than a mile.

• Rooms:  2 bedrooms, 1 with en suite, lounge, kitchen/diner.

• Beds:  1 double bed, 2 single beds.

• General:  TV with DVD, wall mounted TV. WiFi available.

• Other:  Bed linen and towels provided, cot, highchair.

• Utilities:  Gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine.

• Outside:  Side patio garden with seating and decking.

• Parking:  Private off-road parking.

• Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Discovery Holiday Homes with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
