Coastal Walk is a ‘home from home’ in fantastic location just a minutes’ walk from Paignton Seafront. This holiday home is comfortable, modern, spacious and pet friendly, 4 bedroom house with a private parking, front and rear gardens. Ideally located.  It’s a driving distance from Paignton Zoo, Paignton town centre with pubs, cafes and shops & Torquay.

• Size: sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms
• Beds: 6 (1 King, 1 DBL, 2 Singles, 1 Bunk)
• Rooms: Ground Floor 2 lounges, kitchen / diner, WC. First Floor a sitting room, a king size bedroom, dressing room and a family bathroom. Second Floor family bathroom, Twin bedroom, DBL bedroom with en-suite shower, bedroom with bunk bed for 2 children.
• Kitchen-diner & utilities: 4 ring induction hob, electric double oven, dishwasher, washing machine, full size fridge freezer, dining table with seating for 10.
• Entertainment: smart TV / Freeview, DVD, radio, Bluetooth speaker.
• For families: books, DVD’s, table games, PlayStation 4 (bring your own games).
• Outside: fully enclosed courtyard garden with furniture.
• Parking: parking for 2-3 cars on a private driveway.
• General: (WI-Fi, heating and electricity included, linen/towels provided, non-smoking)
• Pets: 2 pets welcome
• Notes: Travel cot, high chair not provided, but you are welcome to bring yours
• Security deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £350, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
