Above Deck is a reverse-level house in a quiet area of Paignton, colourfully decorated and well equipped providing a good base to discover all the many beautiful areas and attractions of South Devon.

• Nearest beach:  Less than 2 miles.

• Nearest amenities:  Less than 2 miles.

• Rooms:  3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite), family bathroom, living room, second reception room, kitchen/dining room, under house utility store.

• Beds:  1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 set of bunk beds.

• General:  2 TV's, VCR player, WiFi available, central heating.

• Other:  Bed linen provided, towels at extra cost, cot, highchair.

• Utilities:  Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer.

• Outside:  Garden and furnished patio. Under house utility store with 'table football'.

• Parking:  Private parking for 1 car.

• Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
