This beautiful barn conversion is located in Marldon, on the edge of the English Riviera, with Brixham, Paignton, and Torquay all within easy reach. Ideal for relaxing getaways with family and friends, this home boasts a hot tub on the terrace, a barbecue, and even has a yoga studio upstairs. The living and dining area, with a wood-burning stove for cosy nights in, features a magnificent hand-painted mural of the Devon hills. Here, beneath high ceilings and chandeliers, guests seven and eight will sleep on a sofa bed, while the remaining six guests sleep upstairs.

*Your host recommends bringing a car to get the most out of your stay, though there’s a bus stop a ten-minute walk away. There are two parking spaces here.
*At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on a sofa bed in the living space.
*There’s a double shower room on the wheelchair-accessible ground floor.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for little ones on request.
*Your host does not accept bookings for groups of those under the age of 25.
*There’s a workstation in the gym/yoga room upstairs.
*The twin beds can be joined to make a super-king-size bed if preferred – just let your host know when you book.
