Doors open onto a small balcony with lovely views towards the sea. The bedrooms consist of a king‑size with an en‑suite shower room, basin and WC, and a twin room, serviced by a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. A welcome pack is provided on arrival, including milk, tea and locally sourced treats. Outside, the property benefits from off‑road allocated parking for one medium‑sized car. WiFi, gas central heating, gas fire, bed linen and towels are all included. Hairdryer provided. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Please note: this property does not accept children under 10 (please supply ages of children at time of booking). Guests will find shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants within a short stroll, and the beach, historic Cobb Harbour and the beautiful Langmoor Lister Gardens within easy reach.
