Outside is a small courtyard and access via a shred pathway to a private, enclosed garden with a shed, garden furniture and a barbecue. There is roadside parking and a free car park in the village. Primrose Cottage offers delightful accommodation, near the city of Exeter.

Area
The village of Kenton is situated between Dawlish and Exeter, on the banks of the River Exe. It has a few shops, pubs and eateries to choose from within the village itself, with many attractions to see around the area. Powderham Castle, the seaside town of Dawlish and Dawlish Warren make a fascinating day out with the family. Exeter boasts a cathedral, quayside and a wealth of bars, shops and restaurants. Within a short drive are Sidmouth and Exmouth, and the start of the 95 mile stretch of Jurassic Coast.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
