Located in a spectacular position overlooking Ilfracombe harbour, this property is a short walk from the town s many cafes, restaurants and boutiques. From this busy harbour, trips can be taken to Lundy Island, home to a colony of puffins and seals, along with several other boat trips that take in the beautiful scenery of this stretch of coastline. Venture a little further afield and you ll find a selection of attractions including National Trust s Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. The ground floor of this stunning house is open plan and full of coastal charm. The kitchen area features contemporary units, a tiled floor and a distinctly nautical theme. Here you will find an electric double oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine chiller, microwave and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Also on this floor is a shower room with WC. Dine at the large table or enjoy a morning coffee in the seating area beyond, where there is also a TV/DVD. Head upstairs and you ll find the spacious lounge, which has pretty harbour views through original sash windows.
