This beautiful property is tucked away in an elevated position, overlooking the traditional Victorian town with its harbour and beyond to the sea, yet it is just a short walk to the promenade. Stroll into the heart of this seaside town that enjoys a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs as well as the Landmark Theatre. This is the ideal spot for guests who enjoy walking, being within easy reach of the diverse and awe inspiring Exmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path that meanders along the rugged and picturesque coastline. A short trip leads you to some of North Devon's finest spots, the golden sandy beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton Sands. Entering this three storey property on the ground floor you will enter into the hallway which is ideal for storing coats and shoes, you will find a cosy snug area with a sofa (which is a sofa bed and can be used for less able guests if requested at the time of booking), perfect for having a little me time after a busy day exploring, also on the ground floor you will find a utility room with a washing machine. Heading up to the first floor you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, snuggle up and watch a film on the TV/DVD after a lovely home cooked meal prepared in the well equipped kitchen with electric double oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Head up the stairs again to the second floor and this is where you will find the three bedrooms a master king size with TV and Juliet balcony with sea views, a double and a bunk bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath and WC. There is secure storage for bikes and surfboards along with a drying area for wet suits.
