You can relax on the balcony which takes advantage of the stunning views of the picturesque Ilfracombe Harbour and the sea beyond, or enjoy a stroll into the town, where you will find the prestigious Landmark Theatre, the famous Verity statue, the unique Tunnels Beaches, and many shops, pubs and restaurants. You can experience some fine cliff top walks or make the journey to Lundy Island, and you are just a ten minute drive from the glorious golden beaches of Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Other attractions include Lynton, Exmoor National Park, Watermouth Castle, National Trust Arlington Court and Combe Martin Dinosaur Park. On entering this property on the second floor you will find yourself in the stylish and welcoming lounge. A beautiful space with a sloping ceiling, wood burner (first basket of logs included), and TV/DVD, this is a space ideal for relaxation. Stepping outside, you can relax on the enclosed private patio/terrace with outside seating and you can unwind at the end of a great day in the hot tub.
