The harbour, beach, restaurants and shops are situated a stone s throw away, making this property perfect for enjoying the many facilities the seaside town has to offer. Or, just relax whilst gazing out to sea and watching the boats go to and fro. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boast a three mile long golden sand beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as National Trust's Arlington Court, Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. When entering the property you have the kitchen/diner to your left and to your right the lounge area. Entering the lounge area where you can relax in the huge corner sofa and take in the glance views of the harbour or sit back and relax and put on the wood burner effect electric fire whilst watching a movie. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen area you access the spiral staircase with a low ceiling to the first floor area, where you will find one bedroom, a king size boasting sea views and showroom with, shower and WC. Leading off the first floor area is a second spiral stair case leading up to the second floor which has a twin room boasting sea views and bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.
