A walk along the promenade past Wildersmouth Beach will bring you to the shops, pubs, cafes, restaurants and galleries all set along the way towards Damien Hirst's famous 'Verity' sculpture at the harbour s entrance. There are some great restaurants in foodie Fore Street including Michelin starred Thomas Carr (book ahead), and Ilfracombe also has its own cinema, theatre and swimming pool making this a great holiday location.
