Only 12 miles away are the picturesque villages of Lynton and Lynmouth which are connected by the highest and steepest fully water powered railway in the world. Stepping inside the property, you arrive in the open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to try out new recipes with your loved ones. Including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining room has a large table to seat six people and a lovely wood burner for colder evenings, and patio doors leading onto the patio for balmier nights. As you walk into the hallway there is a separate WC with a washer/dryer, and off the hallway is the comfortable lounge with sumptuous sofas a Smart TV with a basic Sky package and a wood burner everything you need to settle down and watch a movie together. From here, you ll find the snug/games room with a Smart TV and board games, and patio doors leading out onto the patio. Heading upstairs, there are four bedrooms made up of two king size bedrooms, a single bedroom and a super king size zip and link (which can be made into a twin on request). On this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC. Step outside into this beautiful, enclosed garden with stunning views and you ll find a decking area with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture perfect for al fresco dining on those lovely warm evenings. There is a shed for storing bikes and surfboards and a hose with hot and cold water. To the front of the house is a fairly steep, sloping driveway that can fit up to three cars, with room for turning round at the bottom.
