Both bedrooms possess accompanying en suites and plenty of clothing storage. Heading up the stairway will bring you up to the light and spacious open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, the lounge is well furnished with two comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and of course a warming wood burner to truly relax after a day of adventures across North Devon. The kitchen is well equipped providing all the appliances needed for a stress free stay, whilst there is also ample seating for all guests across the dining table, allowing you to wine, dine and share your favourite moments of the holiday. From the living space you can make your way out onto the balcony, where you could even enjoy a spot of al fresco dining whilst taking in the views across the rolling countryside. Alternatively make your way down and out onto the rear garden, where guests have a large open patio and lawn, complete with further outdoor seating and swing set, which is free for children to enjoy.
