The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking available and a private decking with furniture, Within 2.5 miles there is a shop and 1.1 miles a pub. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Woodpecker Lodge is an idyllic setting for a getaway in Devon. Note: There are steps up to the lodge, please take care.

Located in the heart of Ruby Trail Country and not far from the Tarka Trail or the coast, Sheepwash is a great place to stay for hikers and nature enthusiasts. Take a stroll along the Torridge River and keep your eyes peeled for a family of otters or two Kingfishers. Bude, Clovelly, Bideford, and Westward Ho! are just a few of the coastal towns in the area that are worth visiting for their classic seaside activities, surfing, and access to the South West Coastal Path. There is a wide range of family-friendly and romantic day trip options nearby, including Dartmoor, the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and the RHS Rosemoor at Great Torrington.
