Water sports enthusiasts will love the North Devon Wake Park (12.5 miles) where you can experience paddle boarding, wakeboarding or the Aqua Park that hosts inflatable slides, climbing frames and obstacles. Nearby there is traffic free walking route, the Tarka Trail, which is also a great choice for cyclists and dog walkers. Stepping into this spacious upside down property and entering via the ground floor where all three of the bedrooms and bathrooms are situated, you will find a master bedroom with a super king size bed zip and link and French doors that open onto a front patio area.
