The truly unspoilt Regency coastal resort of Sidmouth forms part of the Jurassic Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. From the property a stroll through Sidmouth Byes takes you into the town where you will find an array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants, together with a picture postcard esplanade that overlooks a pebble and partly sandy beach. The impressive floral display of Connaught Gardens separates the esplanade from the additional mile long beach at Jacob s Ladder and even further sea and sand can be enjoyed at Exmouth and Lyme Regis, both within a short drive. Other attractions nearby include the picturesque coastal villages of Beer, Branscombe and Seaton; Crealy Adventure Park, the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, the Donkey Sanctuary and numerous National Trust properties. Step inside this pretty property and you will firstly find yourself in the beautifully light and spacious entrance hall with coat and boot storage.
