Local attractions include Crealy Great Adventure Park, Bicton Gardens, The Caves at Beer, The Donkey Sanctuary and many more. There are also numerous golf courses locally. Upon entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, a useful space to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here enter the first of the two lounges where you can relax on the comfy sofas while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV. Directly opposite this room is the open plan lounge/diner which boasts a wood burner effect heater set in a feature fireplace, perfect for those cooler months. This room also benefits from a Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, a barista coffee machine and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. There is also a useful utility cupboard within the kitchen which has a washing machine. On this level you will also find a bathroom with a walk in shower. Heading up the stairs to the first floor where there are four bedrooms the first is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request), the second is perfect for a family with a king size bed and bunk beds, the third is a super king size zip and link (which can be made up as a twin on request) with en suite Jack and Jill bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC (also accessed via the hallway) and the fourth bedroom is a single. Venturing outside there is an enclosed garden with a patio and seating, it makes a perfect spot to enjoy a charcoal BBQ or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. Off road parking for three cars can be found at the front of the property.
