Property Description

Holiday home
This thatched cottage has two bedrooms, a double and a single, along with a bathroom, a cloakroom, a kitchen, and a living/dining room with an electric, flame-effect stove. Appliances include an electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washer/dryer, and for entertainment, there is a TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Outside, there is roadside parking and a rear multilevel garden with decking (may be slippery when wet) and furniture. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. You can find a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Due to the age and status of the cottage, there are beams and wonky ceilings (those 5’10” tall and above should take extra care), the stairs are steep however there is a rope handrail, but overall, this property may not be suitable for small children and those with limited mobility. Jean's Cottage is a traditional escape to Devon.
