From here, the hall leads to the pretty bedroom with a double bed and lovely antique furniture, and then a fabulous contemporary yet in keeping shower room with shower and WC. Finally, there is the sitting area, a cosy space with a comfortable sofa and chair, Smart TV and DAB/CD player with Bluetooth. French doors from the sitting area give access to a large covered veranda with seating, where you can enjoy panoramic views across the countryside to Exeter in the distance. This property is run on 100% renewable energy and the materials used in the renovation and conversion were sourced locally. Eco friendly products are used and in the last three years, 4,500 native trees have been planted on the site which is managed for wildlife. Guests can also offset carbon by planting a tree during their stay. There is also a small garden area with a charcoal BBQ. During your stay you are welcome to stroll around 16 acres of private grounds including a secluded valley and newly planted woodland, home to a wealth of wildlife.
