The living areas of this property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher a utility with fridge/freezer, a dining area for eight, a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove, a snug with sofa bed and TV and a sunroom. The bedrooms consist of three doubles, (one is a zip/link and can be a twin on request) and a twin (zip/link can be double on request) along with a bathroom and ground-floor shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with gravel, lawn, furniture and hot tub and off-road parking for three cars. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a canal.
