Dartmouth is the local town to Norton Park and is approximately a 5 minute drive however, it is also on a main bus route if you didn't want to drive. 

Size: Sleeps six in two bedrooms

Beds: 1 double, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. 

Rooms: The chalet is on one level, an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, two beds and a bathroom. 

Kitchen and Utilities: Electric hob, electric oven and microwave.

Entertainment: TV with built in DVD player. 

For Families: Books and board games available.

Outside: Grass pitch is at the front of the chalet.

Parking: 1 Designated car park space is available. 

General: Electric storage heating, electric fire located in the living area. 

Pets: Pets are not accepted at this property.

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: This chalet has an electric £1 coin meter, you will need to bring £1 coins with you. If you'd like to use the sofa bed please inform us when booking.
