All parts of this home give a very distinct nod to the location, with a quirky, bold and brilliant nautical theme peppered throughout. We love the character this gives the home, and with that, you can simply take a deep breath, relax and smile. This is, without a doubt, a happy home. Step inside, and you’re first greeted by the open-plan kitchen diner. Sleek and stylish, this is the perfect social space to cook up a meal in the evenings and gather to relive the day’s adventures – that is, if you’re not tempted by one of the many restaurants on your doorstep. Head up to the first floor, and you’ll find your living area and bathroom. Comfortable sofas await, along with quaint window seats. Just the spot for relaxing with a glass of wine. When the day draws to a close, head up to the second floor, where you can rest your weary head in your sumptuous bed, relax and recharge, ready for another day of exploring Dartmouth. Set in the heart of Dartmouth, this home is situated just off the shopping area of Foss Street and just a two-minute walk from the river. On the riverfront, you can enjoy Mitch Tonks ‘The Rockfish’ and ‘The Seahorse’ and if you’re craving the sands of the coast, it’s just ten minutes by car to the closest beach, Blackpool Sands. Your host can provide a parking pass for one vehicle which is valid for Mayors Avenue car park (a minute's walk away) – in peak season if this car park is full, the pass may be used for the park and ride at the top of town
You can pull up outside the house to unload/load your vehicle on arrival and departure
The master bedroom has a super king size bed which can be made up as two full-size single beds if preferred
