Size: Sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms

Beds: 1 Double, twin beds (may be zipped together to create a king size bed, please inform us when booking if you'd like the beds zipped together for your booking)

Rooms: The chalet is all on ground floor level. Kitchen, living and dining area is open plan. Family Bathroom. Double bedroom. Twin Bedroom. 

Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven, electric hob, microwave. 

Entertainment: Wall mounted TV, Freeview, WiFi provided. 

Outside: Communal grass area at the front of the property. 

General: WiFi provided, electric is provided by a pound coin meter (pound coins are not provided), bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels), no smoking, no pets. 

Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.

Notes: No Smoking. No Pets. Due to space, infant equipment cannot be accommodated, therefore the property is not suitable for children under 2 years old. WiFi Provided. Mobile Phone Signal is strong. Electricity is provided by a pound coin meter, pound coins are not provided. If you'd like the twin beds zipped together for your holiday please inform us when booking).
