The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen/diner with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, extractor fan and a woodburning stove, a sitting room with gas fire and TV, a cloakroom, and a study with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, two king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request), along with a bathroom and separate WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn and furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 0.8 miles you'll find a pub, and 0.3 miles, a shop. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Celadon is a lovely base for a family holiday to Devon.

Dartmouth is located in the popular and attractive South Hams region of South Devon, along the banks of the picturesque River Dart estuary. Dartmouth is one of the most well-liked tourist sites in Devon because of its location in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and proximity to the shore. It boasts a beautiful waterfront, historic, winding alleys lined with quaint shops, eateries, and art galleries, as well as a variety of regional events like the yearly Dart Music Festival, the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta, and the October Dartmouth Food Festival. The Dart Valley Trail, the South West Coast Path, and several peaceful rural lanes are just a few of the intriguing cycling and walking paths that can be found in and around Dartmouth.
