At the cottage itself, you’ve got a private patio with a picnic table and built-in stone barbecue for lunch outdoors on sunny days. The living room is natural shades of stone and sand, with a wood-burning stove in the corner should the temperature dip in the evening. The kitchen is a delightful place to cook, with exposed stone walls adding a bit of cottagecore charm. What’s more, your host provides some Devonshire delights in the welcome pack, like locally brewed cider, apple juice and the bits you need for a Devon cream tea.
