In the summer months take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool located a mile from your door or skate on down to the nearby skatepark. The charming market town of Bovey Tracey is just a 1.2 miles stroll and boasts a lively bi weekly farmers market and a selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. Beach enthusiasts will delight in the proximity of sandy shores, including Ness Cove at Shaldon (12.5 miles) or Maidencombe Beach in Torbay (11.5 miles).
