The property can sleep three people within its two bedrooms that are situated on the first floor, along with a family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a sitting room, kitchen and dining room. Outside there is a patio garden with stairs leading to another level with wooden decking. There are two off-road parking spaces for the property a short walk away. Situated in a charming little village in the Dartmoor National Park, this lovely property provides high quality accommodation for a family or couple.

Situated in the Dartmoor National Park, the quaint village of Yelverton is the perfect base for anyone wanting to explore its natural beauty. There are plenty of walking and cycling routes in the area such as the 21 mile-long cycling and walking route Drakes trail, which runs through the village and links nearby Tavistock and Plymouth passing through wooded valleys and open moorland.

Region
Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
